Deborah Schwartzman, M.A., is currently in the final stages of completing her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from McGill University. She has experience working with adults and adolescents with a range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, trauma, low-self esteem, anger, eating issues, and relationship problems. Deborah draws primarily on principles of cognitive-behavior therapy to help her clients identify and manage problematic thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Her approach is collaborative and goal directed with the aim of helping her clients to develop new strategies to improve their wellbeing and handle future challenges independently.
